Needle Suggestions:
HAT ribbing: US #0 / 2.0mm if you knit loosely, US #1 / 2.25mm if you knit tightly
HAT main: US #2 1/2 / 3.0mm if you knit loosely, US #3 / 3.25mm if you knit tightly
COWL lining: US #1 1/2 / 2.50mm if you knit loosely, US #2 / 2.75mm if you knit tightly
